Rules

• No Smoking
• No Pets
• Maximum 6 Occupants (including children)
• No Tents (due to by-law)
• Noise By-law in effect 11:00 p.m. (music down, vistors gone)
• No Sanitary products flushed down toilet (paper towel, tampons, maxi pads, q-tips etc…)

Cleaning

• Property must be left in same state of cleanliness as arrival
• Garbage must be taken when departing
• Vacuum, Broom & Garbage Bags provided

Parking

• Maximum 2 Vehicles
• Shared Driveway
• Notify management of vehicle change.

Arrival

• Check-in 3:00 p.m.
• Damage Deposit ($500) due on Arrival
• Rental Agreement will be read thoroughly and signed before exchange of keys.
• Keys will be picked up at The Cabana Beach House retail shop @ 104 Main St.

Departure

• Check-out 11:00 a.m.
• Damage Deposit refunded upon inspection of cottage
• All other applicable charges, if any, will be charged upon departure (see Applicable Charges)
• Keys will be returned to The Cabana Beach House retail shop @ 104 Main St.

Damage Deposit & Applicable Charges

• $500 Damage Deposit due upon arrival- Cash, Visa, Master Card, Cert. Cheque
• Credit Card Info required In-case of damages exceeding $500
• Failure to return key will result in a $20 charge
• Failure to take garbage will result in a $50 charge
• If Cleaning is un-satisfactory $100 cleaning charge will apply
• Under discretion of Property Management additional guests over stated amount will be subject to a $100 charge per person, per night or possible eviction.

Access

• Property Management may enter property at anytime, if:
• Rules & Regulations have been violated
• Bylaws have been Violated
• Emergency Cases such as: Fire, Flood, Appliance Malfunction, Septic and Water Problems 

Security Deposit & Booking Confirmation

• $500 Security Deposit due at time of booking
• Security deposit payment accepted in form of Cash, Certified Cheque, Visa, MasterCard
• Security Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 60 days of Reservation Date
• Confirmation of Reservation will be given upon receipt of Approved Security Deposit Payment

Remaining Balance of Rental:

• Due 30 days before rental period begins.
• Balance accepted in form of Cash, Certified Cheque, Visa, MasterCard
• Posted dated cheque can be sent dated for 30 days prior to rental date

Cancellation

• Security deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than 60 days before rental period begins
• Remaining Balance of Rental will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than 30 days before rental period begins
• All Cancellations subject to a $50 administrative charge
